Saint and Scholar’s Adelaide Hills Sauv Blanc is fresh and pungent, conjuring cut grass, asparagus and green beans. Thompson’s gold winning Margaret River Cabernet Shiraz blend is a complex wine offering deep fruits, dark chocolate, tomato leaf, plums, white pepper and violets. Farmer’s leap brings brambles and old school black fruits. The Johnston Shiraz is blue fruited, spicy and long.
