There aren't too many places outside of Germany where world-class Rizza is made. Australia is one of those places. Specifically, the Clare and Eden Valleys turn out ripping Rizza regularly but also the Porongurups, Great Southern, parts of Tassie and Henty in Vic can reliably produce thrilling Rieslings. It really makes no sense that you can still buy exceptional Rizza for $20 to $30 per bottle... and we suspect that will change over the next 2- 3 years as more punters opt to put more Riesling in their heads more often...
