Jardin Tan
The brainchild of Vue Group's Shannon Bennett, Jardin Tan is a little slice of colonial French Indochina in the heart of Melbourne CBD, set amongst the awe-inspiring backdrop of the Royal Botanic Gardens. The team at Jardin Tan are dedicated to using fresh, local ingredients (so local, in fact, that many come from their own garden!) and providing Melburnians and tourists alike with an inner-city oasis.
