Venture into the historic luxury of the Victorian era with a seven-course dining experience at the elegant Eleonore’s Restaurant. Located within the heritage Chateau Yering Hotel, your evening includes a warm welcome in the Drawing Room, complete with a glass of sparkling to sip as you soak in the charming atmosphere before moving on to a series of dishes served in the dining room. Under the hanging chandeliers and luxurious drapes, sample a refined menu of seven courses showcasing the best of local regional produce that may include stars such as Buxton trout salad or a delectable Wagyu beef short rib, capped off sweetly with a dessert of strawberries and cream. Your experience rounds out with an exclusive tour of Victoria's first bluestone cellar and personal interactions with the chef, making for a truly immersive evening in the Yarra Valley.
