- Crab & Sweet Corn Croquettes: Fried panko-crumbed blue swimmer crab meat mixed with corn kernels and dijon mustard with zesty lemon, served with chipotle mayo

- Pan-Fried Atlantic Salmon: Truffle mash potato, broccolini, baby carrots and seeded mustard sauce

The Cornerstone is housed in a popular Port Melbourne historic building that dates back to 1860. Now, it's a blend of contemporary pub fare and drinks with all the original 1860s charm, including the original stonework and arched windows.
