The café itself is part of a sustainability project spread out across the 23-hectare Burnham Beeches Estate, complete with a state-of-the-art bakery, trufferie, vegetable gardens and even an emu enclosure. As if the setting wasn't impressive enough, you'll be indulging in a spectacular array of sweet and savoury delights, from freshly baked scones and pastries to smoked pork and slaw sandwiches.
