A Tasmanian wine producer, Domaine A was founded in the year 1973. Since establishment, the estate has won various awards and accolades for its Bordeaux-style reds and elegant whites. Sourcing fruit from low yielding vineyards, they produce age-worthy wines that beautifully mirror the terroir. These beauties are exported to countries like the UK, Singapore, Switzerland, Canada and Hong Kong.

Crafted using hand-harvested Merlot, this red was aged in new and seasoned French oak for 2 years. Allowed to develop further in cellar prior to release, it reveals a deep ruby colour in a glass. On the nose it exudes intense blackcherry, plum, forest berries and dark chocolate aromas. Similar flavours on the palate are complemented by a fine tannin structure. All these aromas and flavours eventually culminate in a lingering and persistent finish. You may pair it with meat stew, roast beef or lamb preparations.
