Introducing our Magic Gin!  Produced & distilled by Klahn Estate in the Barossa. The Blue Bvjalie Gin is infused with blue butterfly pea flower for seventy two hours to give the Gin it's distinctive colour and refined with pure Barossa Valley rainwater. When this Gin is mixed with something of low PH, ie. lemon water, tonic or lime juice, the colour changes from blue to blossom pink! It's Witchcraft with pure science!
