How to use
Start with a clean face. Whilst the skin is still damp. mindfully apply your rose quartz infused papaya seed oil to the face. This will help the gua sha tool to glide smoothly over your skin and will increase the benefits of the oil. Your gua sha treatment pressure should be light to medium and your speed, slow with intention. Massage the tool over the contours of the face in sweeping motions curving upwards to your temple. Apply your moonstone infused illuminating serum as a finisher to achieve the feel and appearance of fresh, glowing skin.
THE JAW Place a finger on the centre of your chin. Using the heart shape edge of the tool, hug the notches to your jaw with one notch above and one notch below the bone. Massage the tool all the way back along your jaw until you reach your ear, where you will scrape the tool, repeating 5 times or more on each side.
THE CHEEK Place a finger next to the base of your nose and meet it with the long edge of the tool. Sweep the tool outward to your ear, sweeping slightly upwards whilst you lightly scrape the skin. Repeat 5 times or more on each side.
THE FOREHEAD Starting at the brow bone, place the long edge of the tool on to the skin and then roll up over your brow bone. Continue up into the hairline, where you will massage. Repeat 5 times or more on each side.
