Apply your usual daily moisturizer to clean skin (serum, cream, mask) and gently massage in with the roller.
(Handy tip: for a really refreshing effect, pop the roller in the fridge beforehand!)
Forehead: start in the center of the forehead and massage out towards the ears, first one side then the other. Repeat 3 to 5 times in each area.
Cheeks and chin: start at the center of the face and massage out towards the ears, first one side then the other. Repeat 3 to 5 times in each area.
Eyes: delicately massage the eye contour area and the eyelids.
Neck: massage the whole neck from bottom to top.
5 - 10 minutes daily is enough.
After use, wash with water and dry with a towel.
