Tasting Notes
- Sky Heights Cabernet Sauvignon: With impenetrable mauve and violet hues, it has intense aromas of red berries, sweet blackberry jam, a touch of vanillin oak and Eucalypt characters. Subtle fine velvet tannins marry perfectly with the intense, concentrated palate of ripe blackberries, blackcurrant and well integrated oak to create complexity and depth that persists to a long, flavoursome finish
- Brackenvine Cabernet Sauvignon: A bright and flavoursome Cabernet sourced from premium vineyards throughout South Eastern Australia. This Cabernet Sauvignon shows ripe blackcurrant fruit on the palate with a hint of eucalypt and blueberries
- Southern Constellations Shiraz: A testament to what we have come to expect from Australian Shiraz. With fresh aromas of ripe red forest berries and sweet vanilla, the sweet fruit flavours on the palate are fabulously matched with subdued earthy tones and fine tannins
- Small Talk Shiraz: Classic Australian Shiraz with spicy aromas that are combined with peppery, savoury notes and flavours of ripe red berries that are fresh and lively. With light tannins that balance the wine out well it is not hard to see why Small Talk Shiraz sets tongues wagging
