For option 1, an instructional video guide for the installation of the massage chair will be sent to the customer.

# Refund Policy
After the delivery and installation process,
1. If the customer is satisfied with the massage chair.
The customer will check if everything is in perfect condition and sign the satisfaction agreement form.
This means unless it is faulty, there will be no refund or exchange for change of mind.
2. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product/ Change of Mind after the delivery of the product.
Following a trial of 15-20 minutes at the customer’s own home, the customer will check if everything is in perfect condition. If unsatisfied, the customer can return the massage chair before the iRest engineers leaves, with a refund charge of $500 (Paid by cash or transferred directly to the account).
This refund charge of $500 applies to all orders in Australia.
Please understand that the fee is applied for the liabilities for the process of reinstallation, boxing and delivering it back to the warehouse by the iRest engineers. We ask for your understanding regarding this matter.

Q. When will it be delivered?
A. Shipping is generally around a week, however this may vary due to overwhelming demand of shipments. Your delivery driver will be able to advise a specific delivery time-frame and date.
Q. Is it in Australian voltage and code?
A. It's a product made at a manufacuring factory to match the Australian voltage. It has been certified for electrical safety in Australia, and the socket-outlet is also made for the Australian powers. You don't need a separate transformer.
Q. Is there an A/S or warranty?
A. A warranty card will be emailed directly to the customer upon purchase. For the warranty, 1 year Warranty will be provided. After the 1 year warranty, spare parts can be replaced with fees between 12-24 months. Therefore, there is a total of 3 years for warranty. Also, agencies are in the CBD of the states: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth where a specialist can provide after service.
Q. When will the delivery be delivered?
A. When an order is placed, our CS team will call you directly to inquire about the delivery date. Your home status (units, houses, etc.) and time and date are checked and passed onto the delivery company.
