Cast iron boasts superior heat retention and withstands high temperatures, which makes it perfect for stovetop searing or oven roasting. This versatile and practical cast iron server moves easily from the oven, grill or stovetop to the table.

- For best results, season pan regularly with a light coating of vegetable oil. Done regularly, this coating will result in increasingly non-stick surface.
- Before use, apply a light coat of vegetable oil to the surface and pre-heat slowly.
- Store in a cool dry place.
- Perfect for stovetop searing or oven roasting.
- After use, clean with a stiff nylon brush and hot water (do not use detergent).
- Towel dry immediately after washing, do not air dry as this can promote rust.
