This case features two bottles of the following:
Allan Scott Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2020
One of the Marlborough originals, the Allan Scott name is probably best known for great value Sauvignon Blanc - just like this one. More than just value for money, what's most exciting about the 2020 iteration of this classic Sauv is that it has real power and flavour concentration. From the outset, you're getting a big mouthful of Savvy character with the acidity to match.
Dandelion Vineyards Sleeping Beauty GSM 2018
This is not your usual version of the Barossa Grenache blend. Often they are big, dense and rich wines – with grenache’s sweeter side on show. But that’s not what you’ll find here. This is more a journey into the darker, mysterious side of this variety, which is not such as bad thing. Deep cherry colour, it is a wine that currently needs a day or two to come out of its shell so pop it into a decanter if you are drinking it young. Slowly dark cherry, ground spice and earth unfold with oak aging also in the mix. The aromas are generous too, and given additional interest thanks to a slight meaty edge. The plate is dry, open knit and fleshy, even elegant for grenache, again with that spicy meaty character sitting pretty over a lingering and supple finish. It’s more a drink young style but certainly has plenty to offer.

Evans & Tate Metricup Road Pinot Gris 2020
Spot on ripeness and overall body of the wine makes for a hugely flavoursome and memorable wine experience. Aromas and flavours of ripe nashi pear, custard apple, and white flowers with a touch of spiced apple and ginger. The palate has lovely flesh and richness whilst still retaining its refreshing but soft acidity.
Tahbilk One Million Cuttings Shiraz 2018
In true Tahbilk form, this has a lovely flow of blue and red berry fruit with a savoury edge. It's what you want (and expect) in Central Victorian Shiraz and boy is it a beauty.
Tyrrell's 1858 Limited Release Chardonnay 2018
Delightfully old school Hunter Valley Chardonnay from Tyrrell's that combines toasty lovely richness with just enough crisp acidity to have you coming back for thirds.
Willow Bridge Water Dancer Cabernet Merlot 2020
Willow Bridge has a knack for crafting clever medium bodied WA reds and this Geographe easy drinker is such a charmfest. Dark berry fruit and light tannins make for a really refreshing, proudly approachable red.
